Youth for Challenge (YFC) is an organization engaged in digital citizenship, social innovation and capacity building in Morocco and Africa. Our mission is to strengthen the power to act of youth and organizations by transforming skills into concrete results: projects, tools, digital solutions, employment and partnerships.
YFC starts from an essential conviction: digital must be a lever for inclusion, employability and organizational effectiveness. Our approach aims to connect learning to reality by structuring a continuous journey.
From Blueprint to Proof: The Terrain We Are Building
YFC already has a framework document (Blueprint / Vision) that formalizes the ambition and architecture of the ecosystem. The present document complements it by describing the operational terrain we are building to make this vision demonstrable, replicable and measurable.

Actions that mobilize audiences and partners around digital citizenship, innovation, entrepreneurship, AI and future skills (interventions, workshops, contributions to the ecosystem).
Capacity Building for Organizations
Structured training for association teams (staff, volunteers, project leaders): methods, tools, productivity, applied AI, digital marketing and management practices.
Digital Transformation of NGOs
Accompaniment and/or realization of digitalization projects for organizations demonstrating strong appropriation and solid impact potential.
Internal Civic Tech
