About Us

Youth for Challenge

An ecosystem for skills, civic innovation, and digital transformation. We train to produce. We produce to transform.

Mission & Positioning

Mission & Positioning

Youth for Challenge (YFC) is an organization engaged in digital citizenship, social innovation, and capacity building in Morocco and Africa. Our mission is to strengthen the agency of youth and organizations by transforming skills into concrete results: projects, tools, digital solutions, employment, and partnerships.

We start from a core conviction: digital must be a lever for inclusion, employability, and organizational effectiveness. Our approach connects learning to reality by structuring a continuous journey from awareness to engagement, from training to production, from production to digital transformation, and from digital transformation to digital citizenship.

Youth for Challenge
From Blueprint to Proof

From Blueprint to Proof

YFC already has a Blueprint document that formalizes the ambition and architecture of the ecosystem. This page describes the operational terrain we are building to make that vision demonstrable, replicable, and measurable.

At YFC, the ecosystem is not a concept — it is an execution capability. We have structured a model that ensures a logical continuity: from awareness to engagement, from training to production, from production to digital transformation, and from digital transformation to digital citizenship. This logic reduces a common risk in training programs: the absence of bridges to action.

An operational ecosystem, ready to scale

Youth for Challenge has already demonstrated its ability to raise awareness, train, transform, deploy civic tech solutions, and run incubation and acceleration programs. The next step is to consolidate this model, strengthen impact measurement, and accelerate territorial deployment to amplify impact in Morocco and Africa.
